I posted about this co-hosting "no access" bug which has impacted me since early December. I was told by Customer Service on two occasions back then Engineering has been working on it. 4-5 weeks and many missed messages later, still no luck.

As some people noted, this has popped up before as early as 2017/2018--same symptoms, different causes?--but the bug (pandemic) seems to be much more widespread this time.
