calendar blocked

Hello. I have a guest interested in booking the house I'm hosting for the weekend. I have just unblocked the calendar for what remains of this month and the minimum nights we set are 1. However the guest said he was not allowed to book the house for less than 28 days.

I wonder if this is a measure taken by airbnb due to the Covid-19 situation and wish to learn more about it.

If the guest is intending to remain isolated with his family for the weekend would it not be possible to allow him to book? Thank you

Check the dates in which Airbnb have blocked because of the virus, which are solely based on the governments restrictions at this time. It will be on Airbnb's website somewhere. I'm pretty sure mine will still be blocked for another week or 2 until the goverment sets out its new restrictions.
