creating checkin dates

Hi I am trying to create check in dates for set weeks and can't seem to do this, any ideas?

@Heather1764 go to your account and switch on pro tools. Then apply a ruleset in your calendar. @Joan2709 will describe how if she is around.

I am not familiar with the pro tools plus unable to find where located. Possibly could you steer me in that redirection?

Consider blocking out the dates you don’t want booked & just have open the dates available.

As @Mike-And-Jane0 mention, you can create custom check-in and check out dates using Pro Tools and Rule Sets. Below is a Community Guide that explains how to do that with screen shots:
