Aloha, first time hosting a STVR condo in Hawaii. Would love some advice. 

1) If not on island, who do you list as your on island emergency contact in the STVR license?

2) How do you deliver items to your condo?

3) Any experience in having your cleaners convert two twin xl to a king? 

4) Any suggestions on Big Island for helping with the site and floor plan drawings for the license?

5) Any experience shipping big items from the west coast to the island?

Have you checked the Hawaii local government STR regulation as a host that doesn't live on the island are you allowed to do STR? @Melanie1397
