I have 200 and more good reviews, I am a superhost. Now, this year I have 2 bad reviews and airbnb is threatening me to kick me off the site. Does anyone here has this expierience too?

Hello @Teus121 , what caused the bad reviews?

Try to appeal your complaint hopefully Airbnb will be able to consider.

However it  depends what allegations involved.

wish you all the very best

Naomi

@Teus121,

I recommend that you submit a request to remove the guest's review that only says (in English), "Could...", because it violates the policy regarding relevancy:  https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2673, https://www.airbnb.nl/help/article/2673

Your review of her almost reads like you're bullying her and implying that she's incompetent for not knowing how to operate your appliances.  It clearly shows that you had a clash of personalities with the guest.  I suggest that you also request its removal (your response to her review will be removed when hers is taken down).  If I were a guest and read your comments, I wouldn't want to book your place because I wouldn't want to interact with you if I have a question or issue with anything in the rental.

Don't just believe what I say, check the Airbnb Help Center
