Then after 1 minute you returned the key to the host ? And now waiting for a response from ???

Yes i did not see the Host, but after my arival agter 1min i said to the *security reception*

Im dissapionted, the advert on bnb does not look like the same plece....

I returd outside the unit and felt like this is rhe bear min for a place listed on this platform, host never replyd and airbnb only took mu calls when i phone. They realy need to make a office in South Africa, opperators time differance is a fact

......  host does not reply in time

3 houers is a long time to wait.

@Gerhardus1 It sounds as if you didn’t talk to host nor give him/her an opportunity to resolve whatever problem was? Did you cancel reservation? Did you contact airbnb? What was outcome?
