In the past when we had a booking issue it was resolved (satisfactorily) via a web chat discussion. Does anyone know if this feature is still available and how to access or get to discuss something with AirBnb? It's in relation to a postponed trip due to Covid restrictions.
But changing or cancelling a booking is pretty straightforward without getting customer service involved. Contacting the host is generally the best first step.
It is still available, but the choices you make on the menu at Airbnb Help: contact will decide what kind of support is offered. At least try to skip the robots....
