unable to log in from mobile app

unable to log in from mobile app

I'm getting the following message constantly when sending out enquiries: 'Unable to perform action. Please try again through the website or contact support if you need immediate assistance.' It's works fine on my pc but how to get this fixed on my mobile app. It's really frustrating

I think it may have been a glitch today in general terms as I had the same problem here in New Zealand today.

Try clearing your history/ cache out and try again.

Hopefully that will help resolve your issue.
