Reservation cancel

Hello.
Reservation  code HMD8MEZJSA Reservation date is14.01.2020. Client wants to canceled without penalty. Reservations canceled because, the civil aviation directorate general  is canceling all flights between Turkey and Italy in march. Can you help me and the guest in this matter. Good work.

Your guest needs to call Airbnb to have the booking cancelled. 

Airbnb will not answer those requests in this forum.
