It sometimes happens, mostly as a result of logon failure or the session expired.

But very annoying if you just wrote a (long) post and everything is gone....

BTW Tagging somebody in the title of the post does not result in a notification to that member, as you can see the tag is just plain text in the title.

@David7848 It happens frequently. If you type a long post then copy it before you hit reply so that you can paste it back if it gets lost.
