My account was suspended again today.. I have now had 8 suspensions since November, blocking all my listings. Today 5 reservations were cancelled by Admin on my guests at 2pm right before they were supposed to check in, causing chaos... Every time this happens I don't receive any email or explanation as to why my account is suspended, I only receive an email a day or two later saying my account is in good standing and Airbnb lifts the suspension so I can continue to host and receive bookings.
Airbnb Support is unable to help when this happens, all they say is that a member of the specialist team should have sent an email explaining why the suspension happened. I never receive an email when my account gets suspended from the specialist team
In November, Airbnb asked me to submit documents for KYC verification. I submitted my business documents and personal ID passport. All documents were verified and accepted. I have been told after every suspension that my account is fine and no further documentation is needed. I need to know who is suspending my account and WHY. I know its not from safety/ security issues or negative reviews.
Does anyone know how to get in touch with the Specialist team or Trust so i can find out why my account is repeatedly being suspended?

Hi Rebecca, yes I have reached out to support many time, they all say the same thing, a member of the specialist team will reach out via email. I never get an email from them. My account was reinstated but again suspended 2 days ago... and with same automated email from Airbnb saying "we need to conduct a further review of you account and have suspended all listings". My account was again reinstated after 24hr. Still no explanation. I even ask support not close the case each time this happens until we solve this problem. Support continues to close the case each time saying your account has been reviewed and I can continue to accept bookings..
