Best software to live sync bookings with Booking.com

Hi All

We run a 1 bed property to let in the Highlands. Airbnb has pretty much given us 100% capacity throughout the summer and Autumn. Understandably bookings are down somewhat in winter so we put the property on booking.com to help with custom.  The caveat being that booking.com is set for me to manually approve the booking thus avoid the dreaded double booking scenario! Both calenders are set to sync with each other but I believe this only occurs every 2 hours. Ideally I'd like to set booking.com to automatically approve bookings but am wary of the potential for a double booking within the 2 hour window. 

Any recommendations for a 3rd party calendar manager? At present I only need the ability to sync calendars but ideally this needs to be in 'real time' than periodic.
