Code doesn’t work

I have asked for a code to use on my iPad and AirBnB keeps sending codes…to my phone….but they don’t work

I'm sorry to read that you are having some issues when you receive these codes. I'd love to know, are you trying to log in to your account? Have you contacted customer support? Let us know what the situation is at the moment.

Hey @Alex,

 

Yes, I’ve been trying to log onto my account. No problem on the phone, but I’ve been trying on the iPad. It sends the code to my phone, I enter the code onto the iPad (correctly), and it says “Something went wrong; please try again”. 

I tried multiple times until it locked me out and said to come back in an hour. Very frustrating. I have not managed to reach customer support.
