Yes, I’ve been trying to log onto my account. No problem on the phone, but I’ve been trying on the iPad. It sends the code to my phone, I enter the code onto the iPad (correctly), and it says “Something went wrong; please try again”.
I tried multiple times until it locked me out and said to come back in an hour. Very frustrating. I have not managed to reach customer support.
