I noticed that the custom promotion is missing from my calendar tab, but it seems to be affecting only one of my listings. Could this be a glitch or bug in the system? Anyone else?

This is a guess but would make sense.
Custom discounts are a percentage minused from the average price payed for the listing. Thats why the three rule so their is the ability to average what was paid for a listing. Your last paid nightly price paid was in 2020. Airbnb doesn't document how recent the stays have to be I am betting 2020 is too old. Good for you also because you don't want to discount off your 2020 pricing in 2026.
You have to get three recent stays so the platform has an average price to use.
@Patricia2526 there have been reports of custom promotions coming and going. To me it looks like Airbnb may be getting ready to change the rules about promotions (a host in Australia found a Help article with what looks like new rules).
The other hosts did get their promotions button back - maybe it glitches while they fiddle behind the scenes?
Thanks @Shelley159
Looks like I might need to tweak my weekly and monthly discounts maybe adjusting those settings will somehow make it reappear. I’ll try playing around with the pricing and promotions a bit to see if it triggers the feature to show up again.
One of your listings is new and doesn't have the required 3 Reviews. For that listing use the Airbnb New Listing Discount Airbnb promotes the listing to get the first 3 stays.
Hi @Marie8425 not new but just came out from long snoozed. So I reckon I need those 3 bookings again and I will gain access to custom promotions again. Just read from @Shelley159 shared link. Super thanks!
I apologize I didn't mean you You have I think 5 listings, one listing Condo had no GuesT Reveiws for that particular listing Airbnb Custom Discounts are tied to a particular listing. The Airbnb Platform will not give you the option of Custom Discounts for each listing until a specific listing has 3 Guest Reveiws. Your other listings I could see an Overall Reveiw score so those listings have met the criteria so you have on those only one listing didn't qualify.
Yes @Marie8425
for this new listing not really qualified since I opted 20% promo for first 3 guests.
For this listing it was snoozed for 5 years and just renovated and changed all furnishings. This particular listing I don’t have access for custom promotion.
This is a guess but would make sense.
