Dallas TX Subletting

Interested in subletting a place.  Does anyone know of homes, three-flats, townhomes or condos that allow the renter to AirBNB?  Specifically looking in the Oak Lawn or Uptown area if possible. I’ve seen apartments that are AirBNB friendly on this site.

This is an Airbnb community to discuss issues to do with Airbnb. If you want to do arbitrage ie sub letting I suggest you join one of the arbitrage groups. @Jack2691 

Many landlords won't want to agree sub letting as part of their standard lease.

Do would need to do your own market research to try and identify landlords who may be willing to do this.
