Where do I find the information on here that will help me find which apartments that are sublet friendly in Nashville?

This is a community for hosts and guests to talk about things that relate to managing short term rentals on Airbnb.

If you want to do arbitrage you would need to find landlords yourself that are willing to allow you to sublet their properties for short term rentals.
