From personal to LLC

In the US, we just recieved our LLC paperwork. 

From what I have read, there is no way to convert an account set up personally to a LLC.  Some posts suggest there is no difference in your setup of the account.

I reached out to customer service and they did not know what a LLC was. 

Can anyone chime in on this?

I'm not surprised customer service don't know what an LLC is, as this relates to how you set up your business and they won't be familiar with the terms used in each country.

If you look on Airbnb Help though it shows you how to set up your profile as a company account.

Thanks Helen.   The instructions are not the same options as on the screen.    I see Account and then settings but I do not see "create a company account".     

To add your company’s information to an existing Airbnb account:

• Go to Airbnb.com and click on your profile photo
• Select Account Settings
• In the list of options under Account Settings, click Settings
• Under Company account, click the Create company account button
• Add your company’s information and click Save company details

I think it is because we set it up as personal on initial set up
