Many complaints from non-US or Canda hosts about not receiving pymts to their bank accounts all of a sudden.
You may wish to switch to PayPal payments temporarily for now (if you can) until Airbnb resolves this.
Hi @Janet1373, sorry to hear you're having issues with payout. It has been raised and the team has asked that you add the payout method to receive the payout. I hope it works this time and this gets resolved 🤞🏽

I am experiencing the same thing right now and happen to be in RSA too. I am incredulous at what I have experienced. I haven’t been paid since early December. I have messaged constantly and spoken to so many different ABnb so called ‘customer support’. I have had 5 different reasons for non payment. I was told on Wednesday I would be paid in 48 hours and still now.
ism outraged, no one cares. As hosts surely we are the client!? I have been hosting in the platform for 4 years using the same Payoneer method but I think I will move to Booking.com now. I would be ashamed if I were Abnb to treat my client as I have been treated. I am so furious that no one has cared enough to sort this out- it’s just platitudes.

I have the same issue since 2024. I wonder if there is any legal matter that we can put it into place?
Moving to another platform is a good idea. But we need to get Air BnB to pay our money first.

This has to do with issues with the annual mandate SA Hosts are required to sign. @Shelley159 commented on this and how you need to resolve:

We are experiencing the same, and I know of other properties as well. It feels like our hands are tied and honestly am tired of logging the payment issues with them. Verification after verification has been done, but they keep pushing the payment dates forward. Our Bank advised that they are receiving many complaints from clients as well.

I have the same issue. I haven't been paid since October 2024. The amount is R15x,xxx
I submitted all the documents and everytime when is due to receive the money. I always have to submit more documents, whcih the same documents that I have already done.
I can see that tour case is 2023. I wonder if you get paid already? Could you kindly please share how to get paid?
