How do I find a co-host in my area?

I'm a host and am in need of support with cleaning, restocking, and managing my rental.

According to Airbnb's website, Airbnb offers a directory for co-hosts who want to support hosts https://www.airbnb.com/co-hosting/start, but don't have their own space. Where do I find this directory?

Does anyone have recommendations on where I can find someone to co-host and manage my property? Any feedback would be appreciated.

I live and have been hosting on airbnb in East Harlem NYC since 2012.

Im leaving for a week and have two occasions during my trip in which guests will be coming and going and need help with setting up new bedding, towels and minimal tyding. airbnb got rid of the feature for recruiting other hosts from the market place (why?) and no one in my immediate family is around to help. how do i get a trustworthy and reliable co host who can help me out? the exact dates i need help with are saturday april 6 after 11am and again on thursday april 11th after 11am. any leads would be appreciated. thank you!

I have been a super host for over 2 years and own several air bnbs in the south west of England.

Hosting them is my sole job.

I would be thinking to charge around the 12-15% mark depending on the property + cleaning fees.
