Market Performance in Baguio City

Hello! Planning to invest in a property in Baguio, Philippines. But I'm having a hard time looking at the performance of vacation rental properties there. Anybody with leads to the total no. of property listings & total no. of guests that book in Baguio this year? Thank you very much!
