No payouts for 2 months

Airbnb has not given us a payout for 2 months while they “ investigate” us. Unfortunately we’ve had several issues with our hvac system which was installed brand new last year. This has caused problems but we have always addressed them promptly with guests.

Regardless, Airbnb should pay us what is owed for the many guests we have had on over the past couple months, many of which have left 5 star reviews.

When will this investigation be over and when will get paid what is owed. This bordering on fraud it’s taking so long.
