None Payment from Airbnb

We have been waiting for a payment from Airbnb for a booking we hosted since the 4th of April. Almost £3'000 and one very upset owner. 

 

This is having a huge impact on our small booking business and gives me no faith in leaving the properties we manage with Airbnb. 

 

Called and called, emailed etc and no one calls back and no one knows whats going on. 

 

Absolutely useless.......

Will await your answer.  My owner is now suggesting social media and solicitors.  Not sure how you are able to retain monies for no reason.  The guests have paid and you pay the owner perfectly fine for his other lodges, so why this amount which is the biggest payout he is due?
