Occupancy Report

Hello, 

I sublease a large camp facility (28 units) and I pay this facility a commission based on "person days". For example, if a family of 5 stays Friday through Sunday, we would count half of Friday, all day Saturday, and half of Sunday, to equal 2 person days. 2 Person Days multiplied by 5 people would equal 10 person days for that booking. 

Many times it's just easier to count the "nights" the number of guests stay.  2 nights, 5 people, equals 10 person days. 

Every month I am required to provide a statement of our person days and I am hoping that there is a reporting feature that lets me generate this information in a pdf, or excel format. 

Otherwise I'm left to screenshot each individual booking which when we are managing 28 listings, can really add up fast and bog us down. 

Any suggestions or solutions are greatly appreciated. I'm really hoping for a quick solution to this.

Airbnb provides several downloads in CSV format, to import in a spreadsheet.

For example the "llist of reservations" has filter and export buttons at the top.

Als Transaction history pages provide CSV  files.
