Hi how do I turn on the offer of 20% discount for our first 3 guest as just gone live.

@Patricia3429 It is turned on by default on new listings.

It is not active now on your listing.

If the promotion is available you will find it in the listing-calender when managing the listing, section "promotions", with option to turn it on.
