One of our payouts is delayed than others. In the app, it says that it was paid on 29th December 2023 and should arrive in my account by 5th of January. However, the one that was paid on the 3rd of January 2024 already arrived in my account today. I had a chance to ask about this with Airbnb customer service, and they said I have to ask my bank about it; however, they said they couldn’t find any reference number related to the Dec 29 payout. Is there any advice I need to know about this kind of delay? It is kind of frustrating as only one payout is delayed.

Received the delayed payout today after so many follow-up calls.
You are lucky. I have a months worth of payouts outstanding!!! . Plus all the expenses that need to be paid.
Who do I contact? Am going crazy with frustration.
I am also in Cape Town and extremely frustrated. Did you write to Support? Did they respond to you?
I called them again today, and they will escalate the issue to their specialised team.

I am in exactly the same situation with 2 payments. Please let me know when you receive yours. I also went to the bank, and they told me there is nothing. Not even pending. So so frustrating. Especially that I still need to pay a client as well.

I haven’t received one of the payments from my December bookings, but I received some in January. I don't know who to ask or to call now, everything is a blur with Airbnb and my bank. This happened to me in January last year, too, and the payment went through 3 months later, which is really frustrating as I need to pay clients too.
Hi Leanne, I’m hoping you received your payouts by now. I’m having trouble myself. I’ve been with Airbnb for 3 years, last year we had to cancel our whole calendar due to a Council issue and then Airbnb were very accommodating to say they would waiver all the cancellation fees. Now that we are up and running they haven’t issued any payouts as we’re in negative due to the fees that they were promised to waiver. Every time I speak (can only message apparently) to someone they keep saying no there’s no penalties on past or future bookings, although it says on my account there is. Each rep gives me a different date it will be in my account and when that day comes, no payout. Im at a loss of what to do. I’m in Australia. This is my only income too.

I'm happy to hear that you got your payout. Did they say what the hold up was?
They didn’t tell me why it was held up at all. I kept asking them why, but they didn’t have a definite answer.
