Pricing Problem

Hi,

We have had a guest try to book a months stay but the pricing discounts 100% for some reason. We have set up no discounts at all.

I am wondering what is causing this? Has anyone encountered this issue and if you have, how was it fixed.

1 - If you are new, then Airbnb sets up an initial discount yo promote your listing.

2 - Check your settings, calendar day by day and every setting

3 - Search monthly stays on this site, there are many nasty stories.

4 - Especially, keep in mind tenancy/squatter rights.

5 - Does your commercial insurance cover long term stays?

6 - Unless a home share, home insurance generally does not cover STR'S.

 

Personally, we do not STR beyond 14 days.

You probably have set fixed prices for specific monhts and entered day price instead of month price.

Check section discounts, monthly discounts, custom setting for specific months.

I have been having the same problem as Ann-and-Glenno.  I went through my discount setting again and did not find any discounts except the 20% monthly discount. Still, my pricing to the guest is totally incorrect! Guest booked for 28 nights but only paid for 2 nights, how do i fix this? I also have not pre-approved the booking, it just went through without any warning?
