Need help with prop mgr.  MY PM "works" in exchange for one of my rooms. His work is decent but not 5*!  I work full-time and cannot manage/clean/care for my properties and guests.  Any suggestions on finding a 5* PM who is not a live-in.  OR even a live-in who is 5*!!  🙂  TIA!
