Special Effects on Listing Price

I have seen other hosts' listings that have an original nightly price slashed through and a new lower price. It gives the effect of a 'special price' even if it was marked up and then lowered to a still-competitive price. Does anyone know how to do this?

@Lisa5940  You can get it when you add a promotion, which you can see to the right of the calendar when it's in month view.
