Tax deductions on 2nd home which hosts live in while primary home is rented out

My wife and I live in our second home during the season we have our primary home available to rent to guests which is from early spring to mid fall. We were wondering if expenses associated with the second home such as phone, internet, garbage pickup, property taxes, utilities and repairs can be deducted as business expenses during the time we reside at the second home?

@Robert-And-Karen0 surely only the costs associated with the home you are renting out can be claimed against tax. If the IRS allowed you to claim the costs of the home you are actually living in you would be claiming twice.
