Why can't I create new experiences, but others can?

@Sophia Can I suggest you need a new 'party line' statement for experiences. New experiences must have been suspended for over a year now - surely Airbnb doesn't need this amount of time improve a service. I can see if it is aiming for perfection that is hugely harder and presumably means new experiences will never return.

Their answers are always vague, and new experiences have been stopped for half a year. I still don’t know why many people can create new experiences but I can’t.

I'm asking you, now that you've stopped creating new experiences, why are there so many people who can create new experiences but not me?
