payout delay

Since 8th of August I have the reservation codes of my payouts, I called airbnb support before claiming the delay and they said that it will be done before day 23rd. But nothing happened yet! I have to receive those payouts by western union,  anyone else faces similar payouts issues? what is the best way to claim again about this problem ?
