hi...anybody can help me with the refund as i had been instructed by the host to deal directly with @Airbnb support

This isn't Airbnb customer service, this is a discussion forum for hosts and guests. 

 

There is a large pinned post right here on the first page of this Help forum you just posted on- "Contact Airbnb" which gives phone numbers, etc, to contact CS.
