Can Airbnb not do something about the issue of guests leaving a 1 star overall review when they meant it to be a 5 star?
My repeat guest left all 5 stars in each category and a glowing review but the overall review was a 1 star. I called and was told that although it seemed clear that a mistake was made that nothing could be done about it. My guest was kind enough to call to say that she used her cell phone and it was a mistake. Needless to say she was told nothing could be done.
We strive as Superhosts to do everything Airbnb requires of us and then some to make our guest experience 5 star. How can a simple mistake not be rectified on their end?
Please do something about this issue because as seen on this community board it has happened to quite a few of us.
