You would need to contact airbnb with this issue. Fellow hosts cannot help you.
Type contact airbnb in the search window above or google same.
Actually, it's quite hard to find their email. If you are going to Help Center, Resolution Center, etc, you are running in circles. That's why I wrote here.
Then please try the options I gave you. e-mail is useless. you would need to phone or twitter for a quick response.

Airbnb dont seem to care about us
I had one payment missing recently. I have just twited @airbnbhelp and I hope they will get back to me. I was with them since 2009. Back then, I was able to call or email. I am not able to find any contact method on the website and I am lost myself. I am thinking going back to check all the payments to make sure they did pay me.
