3 months out setting not working

3 months out setting not working

I have the setting on our listing to be only 3 months out.  However, I got a request last night for a date in August.  Since this is till March, I was rather surprised.  When looking at my calendar, it looks like I am open for the rest of the year.  How do I get the system to show me available for only the 3 months???

hope you are well.

you would need to go to the listing and booking settings

 

calendar-> availability settings-> booking window -> change to 3 months. From here you can also update any other restraints such as turnover time, stay duration, etc

My booking setting says three months out.

@Tim585 Then you need to contact Airbnb directly to find out why there is this tech glitch on your account. It happened to a friend of mine who hosts as well. It took her quite awhile to get a CS rep who understood that Airbnb needed to cancel that reservation without penalties to her, as it was a tech glitch, not her fault.
