how can I offer a discount on a 7 night booking

For 7 nights or longer the weekly discount applies.

For a specific week use the custom setting for that week.

They are all in the "lenght of stay discounts" section

(or use rule sets if you want to apply discounts  to a certain period/season etc..).

In your HOST page go to:

>LISTING

then to >PRICING

in there you will be able to activate different length-of-stay discounts, like the weekly discount you want.
