I have a claim in for a refund, now over a week, and haven't heard anything. Tried contacting host but not successful. She did agree to the refund because of extenuating circumstances before I submitted the claim. What happens now?
Thanks Marzena for the response. I have tried all different ways to contact Airbnb customer Service but I just keeps going in circles. I can not get to anywhere that sends a message. Any hints? Thanks Paula
