A couple of questions as a new host

Having a problem with the app. I am new and i was asked to update which I have. can no longer get the app.

Fraustrated. I would also like to know when payout will take place once the tenants have left.

1) New and still learning the ins and outs. I was asked to update app and now I am not able to use app? Been into my service provider to ask for help and they say app is updated but think it is a problem on air b+b side. I cannot use the app now.

2) My first tenant has left and I have added payment details. How long will this take?

Im usually paid within 2 days after guest arrive if they are here for a week otherwise I’m paid a day are so afterwards

@Chrystal7, I have heard that when you are brand new host, they don't send the first payments until after 30 days from when your first guest made their reservation.

I don't know if this applies to every new host in every country.

Maybe ask AirBnB?
