A guest is having a problem booking for the first time.

Hi

I am after some help please. I have a guest, a first-timer, who initially enquired about staying in June. She changed her travel plans and would like to come and stay for the whole of September, however the site isn't allowing her to book, even though the room is available. She has changed the dates on her request, but she is being refused as the site is telling her that I'm booked up in June, even though she wants to stay in September. How can she make a new search? She has told me sha has tried many times and is growiung exasperated

Please help!

Hi @Andrew86,

 

I just had a quick look at your listings and you already have dates blocked out in September in each one.

 

As for why the system is searching for June, maybe it's something to do with cookies? Could she use another browser? Is she actually doing it right?

 

She could describe her problem to Customer Services if she gets stuck.
