A guest wants to host a wedding reception on the property. Has anyone experienced this?

Hi,

We have a 3 bedroom investment property in the hills. We have been hosting overnight stays for a while. Even though I said 'no events or parties' I got an enquiry from a potential guest wanting to host a budget wedding reception on the property- there are big lawns- but no other facilities apart from the basid 3 bed house with one bathroom, one toilet, and a fold out couch, small kitchen small fridge etc!

I don't know how much to charge or what to expect. I have asked them to bring portable toilets, and assume they will bring everything else. I'm nervous. I expect I will need a deposit in case the guests ruin anything. I'm thinking I will contact Airbnb to ask for advice. 

I don't have much time as I live 60mins drive away from it and work. Usually I have a co-host/cleaner who runs it for me but I imagine I will need to be around. I'd like to meet the couple and chat to them but Airbnb won't let me share phone numbers before they book in.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
