A notification on my Dashboard cannot be dismissed

Hello,
I received notification on my phone about new reservation, but I cannot see it in inbox, and I cannot open dashboard tab. I tried with laptop and with mobilephone but nothing. Anybody have same problem?

 

EDIT: NOW IS WORKING
