A potential guest has asked about a difference in prices

I have just had an enquiry from a potential guest.  He was about to book 10 days as a guest in my apartment but has hesitated because when he tried to book the final price of apartment differed from the original quote. I tried to break it down in the only way I could understand.

@Siobhan4 Can you give more details?  Does the guest understand the Airbnb service fee?  In your area is there an Occupancy tax otherwise known as Hotel Tax?
