We are new hosts and are thinking of sponsering our son's football team, can we put the AIRBNB logo advertising our house and location on their football kits?

Techinically, you are not an Airbnb employee but a contracted 1099 employee.  That means you do not have the same rights to use or appropriate the Airbnb logo.  Now, do I think that Airbnb will come after you for putting it on your local kids football team's kits, probably not, but you might not chance it.
