Dear Martin,

The only question is, if you are willing to send me an exact update regarding the last pay out from June and the last guest from July.

How to you arrange the calculation between these 2 guests?

I never acepted the cancelation of the guest from June 2017, AIRBNB paid me out the 50% of the full amount. Afterwards AIRBNB told me they refund the geust and will deduct this from the next rentals. Because I did not agree on this, it is a very strict cancelation policy, one of your colleuges wrote me AIRBNB will refund 1 day. So please, I would like to have the exact calculation where I am today and how this is working and if this is really the right way.
