I have had a horrendous time with ARBNB Customer Support. I joined in June and ARBNB is basically destroying my account day by day. I can not get any answers other then we are very sorry, we will send it to the resolution area, which my inquires get closed by the next day with no answer to my question. I can not find one person that knows what they are talking about. They have a department called Trust & Security which apparently I needed to speak too too find out my they suspended my account. That particular department does not have phones ( I know incredible) they will answer your request through the resolution area and email you there answer. Ridiculous. I have other questions about the suspension, you have to file all over again. It is much more detailed then this but I’m not going to go into it. But after finding out about the suspension and they cancelled my 6 month tenant which he left without speaking with me first. As of today, they are telling me the suspension was an accident that someone hit the wrong button. REALLY! Ok who is going to compensate me for the money I lost from my 6 month month guest? He was there for 2 weeks. I checked my payouts and I see they gave him all his money back without charging for the two weeks he stayed. I have not received pay outs from several guests that not only extended their stays but have been gone for weeks. So they basically stayed at my Home for free. Nobody at this company can give me a a correct answer. Their system proceeded to cancel every reservation I had booked after they were living in my Home and refunded everyone their money. I AM SPEECHLESS and STRESSED right now. Is anyone having any of these problems?

Good luck. As you can see from the HUGE majority of participants on this forum, Airbnb DOES NOT CARE. I am only one of many people who have had horrendous experiences with their  "customer service" (read, "lack thereof"). My story is irrelevant - except in that the results were the same. I cannot use my account. I cannot pay for bookings using my credit card or paypal. Their system will not allow me to remove the CC and use another one. It won't allow me to change my paypal account. And they are doing NOTHING...after 3 weeks of constant, daily attempts. Being a Superhost is a joke. Their special phone number for superhosts is a bigger joke. Their "Help Center" is anything but. Out of despair, I have decided to simply get the hell out of Airbnb. My mental health is not worth the few $$ I get from those schmucks.

I am so frustrated not being able to communicate with a real person if I have a problem! Going through all these options and still don't get the right answers!? The system ASKS me to send a reply to my new guest, but clicking on the button, the system wants me to make a new listing!?

Now my RATINGS will also be down graded as I don't "Reply" in time!!
