I have set as minimum stay 2 nights. Would however, be possible to somehow allow guests to book for 1 night while charging more per night, or maybe adding cleaning fee to 1-night bookings?

Log on to your Dashboard & Calendar, click on whatever dates you want to change the prices & the sidebar will come up where to change the price.

Do the same with Availability to change days/ weeks etc to custom settings.
