Recently stayed at a host which listed an inaccurate listing to the point of wrong property type.
Instead of condo , it's a unit upstairs of a shoplot with unsafe entrance , dark unlit hallway and extremely steep stairs to the point we cannot bring our luggage up. The place was so extremely unsafe that it had government-issued safety warning that was a year old at the door and still unresolved.
I have pictures and videos and requested a refund for more than month.

Up to date i have ZERO updates from Airbnb. Tried to reach out 4 times to Airbnb via Airbnb Support (today was the fifth ), every single time they said they will get a supprot team to contact me. but nothing happened so far.
What can i do?
