Aahh... again... :P

... a middle-aged/elderly couple booked our studio with 2 tween size, wooden beds.

They requested we pull the beds together.

We did.

Now they complain because of the gap in the middle 😄

We have 2 twin beds because Zagreb is oversaturated by small apartments with just one big bed.

Why didn't they book one of these?

Oh..., I am so boring simple and logical  😛

@Branka-and-Silvia0 this problem never gets old 🙂 We had the same situation this weekend. A family of two with one baby booked an apartment with two single beds and complained where they would put the baby since there is a gap in the middle. I just took a small blanket, filled the gap and put the sheets over it. I don't know why they didn't look for an apartment with one big bed or with a crib.

Yes, @Ana1136  I also fill the gap with a piece of sponge but the beds have a wooden frame and the gap is wide and you can't sleep in the middle. I thought about box beds but I don't like the upholstered frame, it seems unhygienic and complicate to clean... not to mention the price.

And one more fresh "Aahh... again..." moment .....

We used to have an old school lock and a key to the apartment entrance.

But guests often forgot to lock it on their way out or they forgot to return the key.

So a week ago we invested in expensive high tech digital lock with a code card.

Now, 4 groups of guests later, 2 of them checked out, left the card inside and then found out they forgot something! It is 2 out of 4 eeey... 50 %!

Now  I get panic calls early in the morning 😛

I could give them a code instead of a card but they need additional keys for the building entrance so no avail.... and they would probably forget the code anyway.
