@Michelle496, I wonder if "snoozing" your listing briefly would help? You can do this by going to "manage your listing" and then "listing status" and there is a dropdown menu - it probably shows "listed" and the small down arrow on the right will give you two other options, "snoozed" and "unlisted". Some people have had luck resetting things by snoozing briefly. Otherwise I wonder if trying on a different computer or browser would help?
Also I wondered when looking at your listing whether you expected a guest to book both rooms? if not, you might consider listing the two rooms separately (two listings), e.g. "green room" and "Blue room".
Good luck! Susie
Hi Michelle, do you by chance have instant booking turner on are you sure the guest is not already booked without you having to pre approve them? That's the only way I can think of that won't allow you to accept or decline.
Hi - No - no instant booking. But thank you for the reply.

Thanks a lot - I apreciate all the advice and info I can get - especially listing seperately.
Thank you for your time.

Host trying to accept a booking. click on accept/decline but nothing happens.
Then look at my listings and see pending. Try clicking on pending but still no action.
I missed first attempt by guest, it expired and now the clock is ticking again.
